Back by popular demand, starting from tonight, every Tuesday and Thursday 6pm till 7pm its female only fitness & conditioning at the St Paul’s Boxing Academy Gym.
Circuits, pad work, bag work and much more and yes the heating is now working.

Just to let everyone know that medicals are being held this evening at our St Paul’s Boxing Academy Gym from 6pm.
Cost is £10 for the doctor.
Please bring 2 passport photos and copy of your birth certificate.
It’s also inter club spar night so be prepared for a full session tonight.

Mike Bromby confirmed that Neil has planned 2 sessions a week for our team and I am looking forward to the success this will bring.
St Paul’s in the Community
Once again a team from the Gym help support a most worth cause within the community. Head coach, Mike Bromby said, “It fills me with pride to announce our St Paul’s Boxing Academy team have just raised another £540 towards Young Lives Fighting Cancer.
Teamwork, friendship and respect brings happiness and positive lifestyle”.
Head coach, Mike Bromby today warned young members of the gym about the danger of hidden sugars in popular drinks. He said “The safest way to prevent too much sugar intake is to stay away fro sugary drinks and keep drinking plenty of water”.
