This is a great 9 minute workout that will really get your heart pumping as well as keeping your skills sharp. Of course, we’ve given this workout a boxing slant, but this routine is going to be great for anyone and requires no specialist equipment. We start by warming up with some skipping – and we show you how to skip without a skipping rope!! Then we follow that up with some floor exercises like reaches and planks.
