St Paul’s member Madi Gittins has just turned 16 and is eying her THIRD national championship in September, after winning in 2018 and 2019. She’s also on the England Boxing Talent Pathway. We couldn’t be prouder of Madi – she works so hard and has a champion’s attitude outside the ring as well as in it.   • 5×3 min rounds on bag
  • 100 squats with resistance band
  • 20 leg stretches
  • 20 lunges from chair
  • 20 glute raises

Abdomen workout (repeated twice)

  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 V sit ups
  • 50 penguin toe taps
  • 20 leg raises
  • 20 scissors
  • 20 crunches
  • 40 Russian twists with a weight
  • 1 min plank
